The rollout of the Chip and PIN system of authorising card payments is the biggest change to everyday transactions in the UK since currency decimalisation.
A programme of this scale needed an effective website to act as the first point of reference for the wide range of people affected by the changes, from consumers, the media, and retailers, through to organisations representing disability groups.
John was called in by Logan Tod & Co, the site optimisation specialists, to simplify the existing Chip and PIN website, and to extend its scope to answer the concerns of the different target audiences.
