Person:
We are seeking a friendly out going person who has had experience of a high volume unit serving fresh simple food. You might have experience from with a branded food operations unit or large gastro style pub environment. You will be working with great people in a high-energy environment, so you will have a real love for the catering industry and the people within it.

General Manager required for a busy service orientated Restaurant. You will responsible for the restaurant service and ensuring your team deliver the highest possible standard. You will run all aspects of the restaurant focusing on service and food standards while motivating your large team of staff.
Person:
We are looking for somebody with strong management experience gained from within a fast moving quality food environment. The type of person we are looking will be out going, committed and ambitious as well as having a real interest in the hospitality industry. You will have an excellent understanding of budgets, accounts, and targets.
