These are the basic requirements for au pair jobs in the UK:
- Age: 18-27 years old
- Status: Male or Female
- Single with no dependants
- Nationality: From an EU or Commonwealth country or one of the following countries:-
- Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Macedonia, Monaco, Romania, San Marino, Turkey.
- Police Registration: A student from a non-EU country must inspect their passport stamp on arrival to the UK as it may require them to report to a local police station within 14 days of arrival. Take your passport with you, as well as two passport-size photographs and a fee of approximately £35. Applicants are responsible for their own registration fee.
- Character: Happy, flexible and helpful.
